Baby photos can capture so many memories in your baby’s first year. Nature Nurture Photography’s ‘My First Year’ package gives you the chance to have professional photos from three of the key milestones in their first year.
Ella first came to me for her newborn session at my home studio in central Winchester when she was just a couple of weeks old. These images show all those perfect new details and her gorgeous squishiness. She slept beautifully for me to get a great mix of images on her own, and also with Mum and Dad.
The second session was around six months, when Ella could sit confidently by herself. She giggled her way through the whole photo session. I love this age to shoot as their personalities are really starting to shine through. Once babies are sitting they have a whole new view of the world and are so engaged with everyone around them and react so well to the camera.
The third session is a 1st birthday photoshoot. This can be a studio or outdoor sessions, and in this case Ella came back for a cake smash and splash session. These sessions start with some portraits and a family shot and then on to the main event. I recommend doing a few days of messy play beforehand so they really get stuck in. The splash part of the session is often an even bigger hit as you can see by Ella’s delight as she enjoyed a bubble bath while getting cleaned up.
